Dutch/French Speaking IT Functional Analyst Contract in Belgium

For my client, a large company located in Belgium, I am currently recruiting for fluent Dutch and French speaking IT Functional Analyst for a 6  months contract in Brussels. The IT Functional analyst needs to have a background in Cobol/DB2 and Knowledge of SQL.

As Functional Analyst, you will;

- Be in charge of translating business requirements into a structured IT solution while keeping a functional approach.
- Help translating this functional design into well-tailored technical design.
- Prepare functional integration test cases based on the requirements
- Test of the product before delivery to the users
- Analyse potential corrective actions to be taken.
- Follow up of technical designers and programmers.
- Work closely with the business to ensure the final solution fits their needs.

As Functional Analyst you will have the following skills;

- Client Server environment ( Cobol/ DB2)
- Knowledge of query (SQL)
- Experience in the service industry
- Signicant experience as Business and Functional Analyst
- Experienced in project driveb development processes
- Able to create new processes
- Able to adapt current processes
- Being able to make the bridge between technical and functional worlds
- Preferable knowledge of TMAP
- Preferably Prince2 methodology
