Dutch and French Speaking Voice Engineer with Lync for 12 Months Contr

For my client in Belgium, I am actively searching for Voice Engineer to install, manageprovide a planning for infrastructure readiness. Writing and process the RFP.
-  Support of Voice Infrastructure: Provide support for technical issues with the software/hardware. Initiate corrective actions; help with the administration of the Voice infrastructure, Third line support
-  Project follow-up; Documentation, preparation and deployment of solutions and projects with clear commitments with colleagues and team manager.

THE VOICE ENGINEER NEEDS TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Several years of  professional experience and expertise in Voice system and environment

Good knowledge in Lync 2010 from Microsoft

Knowledge in Voice Over IP technology

Knowledge of CIC from interactive Intelligence is an advantage

Knowledge of Windows (MS Office tools, Active Directory, etc) is a plus

Analytic mindset for voice solution analysis

Able to work under pressure

Technical writing skills

Excellent communication skills

Good documentation skills

Good language skills in Dutch AND French
