DSU B2C PM & Technical Expert L3 Support, Switzerland

An excellent contract opportunity has arisen at a world renowned FMCG business based in Vevey, Switzerland for a DSU B2C PM and technical expert (Digital Service Unit Business to Consumer Project manager and Technical expert). This is a minimum 12 month contract paying 700 CHF Swiss Francs per day. The role is based in Vevey, Switzerland which is very close to Lausanne.

Job Title: DSU B2C PM & Technical Expert L3 Support
Reporting to: DSU Digital Engagement Lead

Main Purpose of the job
Provide expertise in the Business to Consumer (B2C) area :
*Manage B2C projects being accountable for the end to end delivery (design, development, support)
Provide technical assistance to business projects ensuring standard processes, technologies and components are leveraged including support to operational teams

Main responsibilities
*Provide project management expertise in B2C area to help businesses building their Web solutions
*Organize conference calls, write minutes and status progress, prepare weekly summary for management
*Chase deliverables, raise risks, propose mitigating actions
*Ensure adherence to project timelines through regular monitoring and tracking of deliverables.
*When required participate in meeting escalation by bringing B2C technical expertise
*Ensure proper collaboration with technical and business teams
*Participate to the review of the architecture of the solution if necessary in collaboration with other technologies

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to successfully work with business owners and stakeholders, end users, system owners, IT specialists as well as suppliers.
*Proficient analytical skills to resolve complex problems in a comprehensive and timely manner.
*Must be a team player, extremely professional and positive demeanor.
Fluency in both verbal and written English.
