Harvey Nash is looking for a DSM Order Manager for a 12 month project in Switzerland.
The OM provides guidance for packaging design optimization contributes to the make vs. buy decision and is responsible for the adherence to schedule and execution of packaging orders for clinical supplies
You are responsible for
* Managing Order Alignment with team members to coordinate packaging order preparation and ensuring proactive resolution of any packaging order related question
* Advising Franchise Team on packaging designs to ensure optimal usage of available capacity and budget.. Providing input for make vs. buy decision for packaging orders based on in-house capacity and technical equipment, in collaboration with Single Plant Planner.
* Participating actively in Order management forum and contributing to functional excellence, process harmonization and strategic positioning of the forum.
* Establishing packaging related time schedules in alignment with Franchise team and contributing to the tactical planning of Operations and contractors.
* Managing all packaging activities executed by clients' Operations or contractors and ensuring agreed milestones and cost are met.
* Managing all applicable finance activities, including Request for Proposal for biddingGerman is a plus
* Clinical production experience is a plus
* Team work oriented, should be organized, flexible and coordinated.
* Authority person, who is able to work under pressure.
