Looking for a drupal developer in Aarhus - Denmark - Danish Speaking
Development of Drupal 7 platform 2 major portals. In both cases involved large public information.
The tasks are solved in a team in-house by the Customer, which follows the agile method, SCRUM. The tasks planned for 14-day sprint with daily Scrum meetings.
Tasks:
The tasks will technically range from Front End to Back End and include:
Evaluate and estimate the user wants to change the functionality of the solution, including providing input to the assessment of whether and how change can best be implemented.
Configure, customize and extend existing Drupal modules
Develop new modules and themes for Drupal
Implement structure and navigation based on the target level
Analyze and compile data model based on taxonomies
Importing XML-based data to Drupal-based data model for migration tasks
Establish integrations with external IT systems
Establish and customize complex search functions with a focus on performance and quality of search results
Analyzing the solution in order to identify opportunities for optimization of response times, functionality, etc..
Handle error messages described as user error and/or technical errors in the developed Drupal solution launch analysis and collect relevant information in order to determine the cause.
Making bug fixes and/or suggest appropriate workaround.
Perform technical testing and quality assurance of releases.
Front End development to ensure support for the most widely used web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
Front End development that ensures support for users with disabilities, including reading and spelling weak users. This applies, for example. in the search.
Prepare documentation for the developed code.
Desired skills
Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery.
Working knowledge of Drupal modules, APIs and funtionaliteter as: Hooks API Theme API, Form API, Batch API, Views, Deployment with Features module, Importing content to Drupal with Feeds module, Nodequeues or Flags modules, Media and supplementary modules Seach API, Display Suite, Context, Panels, REST services for Drupal with Service module.
There used Drupal version 7 in a LAMP based IT environment ie. Drupal at the cleaners involved with Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP
