* Strong knowledge of both domestic and international regulation standards
* Stong safety database knowledge (Argus, Airsg, Oracle, or other)
* Good communications skills, both speaking and listening.
* Strong leadership skills, teamwork, and attention to detail
* Solve complex problems in creative way
* PSUR, PADUR participation
* SAE and AE reporting
