As a leading international oil and gas drilling contractor known for our commitment to employee training and development, we have recently been awarded contract extensions across several operations. We now have an urgent requirement for skilled drillers to join our busyNorth Seaplatform teams.

* You will be working at driller level on a similar drilling rig.
* You will have a sound technical knowledge of all appropriate processes and operations, and have proven experience with the equipment and tools.
* IWCF must be valid at appropriate level.
* Your communication skills must be excellent, as you will be required to supervise the performance of personnel working on the drill floor, and report all operations and issues to the rig superintendent.
* Health, safety and environment will be at the forefront of all your actions.

In return we are offering a highly competitive salary of from between £78,000 and £81,000 depending on rotation, with additional monthly performance bonuses of up to 20%, a 5% non contributory pension scheme, health and dental care and life assurance. All travel and accommodation will be provided. You will also be joining a global organisation who will offer training and development and the opportunity for career longevity.

This is a technical post, and as such it is presumed that you will possess a thorough understanding of what is required. Your areas of responsibility will be on the drill floor, the derrick, pit and pump room and will involve mud cleaning, BOP's and sub base, report generation and personnel supervision and operating the brake.
