DRAFTER needed for an EIGHT MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Billerica, MA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks (2011 Versions or newer)
- Experience with engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience with part number system, BOM, and material specifications

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work with Project Engineering Team to generate AutoCAD and Solidworks drawings of electromechanical assemblies for production and customer approval.
- Generation of Bills of Material to match the CAD drawings.
- Maintain and update drawings based on customer approval process.
- Create, update and contribute to in-house Engineering drawings
- The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to deliver drawings and BOMS on time and according to specification.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Instrumentation or related field from an accredited College or University
- One - Two (1-2) years technical experience in a related industry
- AutoCAD and Solidworks (versions 2011 or higher) are essential
- Familiarity with part numbering systems, bills of material and material specifications.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Applications)
- Strong background in interpretation of Engineering drawings/specifications.
- Strong Electrical and Mechanical understanding
