Domain Architect - Office Automation/Enterprise/Consumer/Security/VDI/Data storage/Virtualisation
Role Description
A Domain Architect is an IT specialist with an in-depth knowledge of several business domains. They understands the business vision, strategy and roadmaps and can translate the functional requirements into an effective, reliable and future proof solution.
He/she interacts with the business and IT people (architects, functional analysts, project managers) to ensure that there is a complete set of good and relevant, unambiguous and complete business requirements.
His/her main deliverables are documenting a solution architecture and providing the estimates to develop, operate, maintain and implement it.
As domain/project architect, you will be responsible for the assessment and management of the business requirements for new projects/enhancements related to several business divisions; including: Enterprise, Consumer, Security.
Based on your knowledge of the Office Automation area, you will create the solution blueprint and deliver an architectural solution document to the engineering teams.
You will contribute to the 5 year roadmap for the Office Automation domain.
You will act as the single point of contact for the business stakeholders.
You will potentially be involved in RFP processes.
Required Skills:
IT professional with 7-10 years experience in a role of analyst or architect.
Knowledge of different Office Automation technologies (Windows, Citrix, VDI for example)
A good communicator, in writing and speaking, in Dutch, French and/or English.
Knowledge of the Telecom business and Microsoft products is a must.
Experience with RFP processes.
