DOCUMENTUM SUPPORT CONSULTANT

SKILLS: EMC Documentum, experience with Pharmaceutical submission/publishing systems.

SUMMARY:

Our client is a globl Biopharmaceutical company that manufactures prescription drugs and other medicines in the area of neurology, inflamation and oncology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure day-to-day 2nd level support of incident management - queue management, timely resolution of incidents
- Provide support to projects as assigned (eg: installation, qualification, release, etc.)
- Provide support to qualification activities as needed (eg: write/execute assigned installation/operational qualification scripts)
- Expected to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone and ad-hoc on weekends and after hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong technical experience with Document Management systems, EMC Documentum/CSC Firstdoc
- Strong technical experience with Pharmaceutical Submission/Publishing systems, CSC (formerly ISI) eCTD Xpress and CSC (ISI) Publisher
- Knowledge of the business related to regulatory submission processes
- Experience in GxP Pharma industry environment (at least 3 years preferred)
- Experience in Computer Systems Validation preferred
- Excellent command of English language (verbal and written)
- Strong customer focus - Sense of urgency'
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Focused on quality & eye for detail
