Documentum Developer (m/w)

- The candidate is applying for a role in Application Lifecycle Management in a complex Documentum landscape.
- This position is working for all Application Support and Development in an Documentum production environment, providing complex Application Lifecycle Services (system monitoring, system development, system maintenance, 3rd level support and conception and implementation of minor and major enhancements).
- Candidate is expected to work in a self-managed mode with direct reporting to the respective Documentum-responsible.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level Application Support including all resolution activities
- Documentum Administration and monitoring
- Preparation and conduction of data loads
- Active monitoring of interfaces and data loads
- Identify risks and issues in the application landscape
- Creation of technical concepts
- Realization, testing and deployment of new enhancements
- Basic user administration tasks
- Working together with 3rd party providers during incident resolution or concerning enhancements
- Frequent internal and customer communication to IT contacts and business users
- At least two years of programming experience
- Good knowledge in Java, VB, VC++
- Sound knowledge of Eclipse RCP framework
- Ability to work with Eclipse IDE and MS Visual Studio
- Experienced in working with VMware solutions
- Knowledgeable concerning the Documentum WDK framework (5.3 and newer).
- Knowledge of the overall Documentum data model (internal structure of the databases)
- Knowledgeable concerning DMCL-API, DFC, DQL, SQL
- Knowledgeable about the concepts of Content Server, Method Server, Index Server and Oracle databases
