Our client is a major player in the chemical industry Job Description
Responsibilities :
- 2nd Line Application Support for Documentum ( user and more than 2500 connections per day).
- Quickly adapt to our clients Documentum applications and the dependencies with the IT infrastructure, in order to support the users world-wide.
- Collaborate with the Documentum team (administrator, developers, project managers, infrastructure specialist,…) to solve the problem of the users.
- Testing on the changes of the Documentum applications or on the IT infrastructure changes that impact the Documentum applications.
- On-duty activities to be held every 3 weeks.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in IT.
- Very good knowledge of English is required to communicate with users world-wide
- Experience in supporting document management systems.
- Able to quickly understand applications.
- Very good communication skills - with the end users and with the Documentum team members.
