RESPONSIBILITIES
* Chasing and executing structured equity confirmations for dealer to dealer trades
* Product range to include: structured single stock/index swaps, exotic share/index basket options & swaps, structured options and structured equity swaps linked to a note, bespoke equity transactions.
* Extensive exposure to traders, marketers, inter-office, legal counsel and clients to ensure coordination and clear communication internally and with our clients.
* Review of Equity Derivatives Dealer confirmations
* Economic and language query resolutions

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Confirmation experience Prior experience in an Equity Derivatives Documentation Team
* ISDA Definitions Demonstrate strong working knowledge of ISDA terms and their application
* Regulatory Target Experience Proven experience of working to FED, CFTC, EMIR targets in terms of executing confirmations.
* Interaction Proven experience in liaising with traders, marketers and clients to resolve issues whilst ensuring client service is maintained and risks actively managed.
* Drive Execution & Sustain Intensity Demonstrates sound judgement and act with speed
