My client, a leading retail Bank, has an urgent requirement for a Documentation Specialist to join them on a large Fraud programme.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience within financial services as a Documentation Specialist.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in writing high quality, consistent business processes and procedures
- Experience of opening accounts and setting up FAQs would be advantageous
- An ability to demonstrate an understanding of the creation of audience-focused, structured documentation
- Experience working in a financial services or customer services environment is an advantage
LOCATION: Flexible
DURATION: 6 months
START: ASAP
RATE: £250-£350
