This is a 4 month contract opportunity.Overview

The Improvement Program (PIP) is integrating our client's process from start to finish, and creating a standard way of doing things. PIP will create easy-to-use processes, technology and information to help increase productivity, improve our performance and help make it an easier place to work. The PIP program involves 250+ individuals across 8+ workstreams.

As part of the PIP Program Management Organization (PMO), the Document Management Consultant will define and monitor program documentation standards and processes across the Process Improvement program. Role and Responsibilities

- Establishing documentation standards that work effectively for the program's 8+ workstreams (250+ individuals)
- Educating the program team about the documentation standards (communications, training sessions, etc)
- Monitoring the adherence to documentation standards on an ongoing basis
- Managing the program's online document repository (LiveLink)
- Supporting PMO Team leadership on additional documentation-related activities, as necessary The candidate must be self-directed, and have strong analysis/communication skills, as interaction with senior leadership on the program is a key function of this role. Qualifications

The successful Candidate will need to demonstrate: - 2+ years of experience related to the role (eg document management, online repository management, process establishment/implementation, etc)
- Experience establishing and implementing processes for a large-scale program
- Good understanding of project management and project delivery methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering quality results within agreed upon deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - must be able to plan/manage multiple concurrent activities
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Adaptive work style that is able to handle multiple priorities, competing demands, and function in a fast paced, changing work environment.
- Excellent judgment, decision making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint Desired skills and capabilities:
- Experience working with a Program/Project Management Organization (PMO) is highly preferred, but not required
- Experience working with teams in a Matrix organization structure
- Basic understanding of integrated Oil and Gas business domain
