Major life insurance organisation require an experienced Distribution Platform Manager to take responsibility for the overall operational delivery/capability/management of their wrap platforms, including implementation of new developments and regulatory requirements. You will possess an in-depth knowledge of Wrap Platforms, including the propositions, customer service processes, customer experience and technologies. You will have excellent senior level stakeholder management skills, in-depth knowledge of the UK pensions market and very strong communication skills.
