Dispatch Planner

SENIOR DISPATCH PLANNER - THE NETHERLANDS

We are currently recruiting for a DISPATCH PLANNER to join a leading telecommunications vendor based in Sliedrecht, Netherlands on a contractual basis.

The purpose of the role is to plan work allocations to the Field, either manually or through an automated process. You will review and monitor the Work Order allocations and liaise with the Front and Back offices to ensure quality of Work Orders is agreed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DISPATCH PLANNER WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING;

- Manage the dispatch of all field resource, prioritising in accordance with SLAs and procedures in order to meet or exceed KPIs
- Plan, organise and schedule workloads to Field resource to enable efficient use of Field Team Resource
- Liaise effectively with Front and Back Office to ensure quality of Work Orders
- Append all Work Orders with concise, appropriate notes on activities taken to make work executable - Access Requests, Confirmation and Approval dates and times and references etc.
- First point of contact for all Work Order related issues, to ensure prompt escalation to the Planning Team Leader or Manager
- Support and assist with the development of work place tools, process and procedures to improve and increase efficiencies in Dispatch Planning
- Support and assist in process improvement and best practice activities and workshops to improve and increase efficiencies in Dispatch Planning

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE;

- Experience using trouble ticketing systems
- Working Knowledge and background in Mobile Technologies, specifically RAN related exposure and Transmission media
- Working Knowledge and background in CORE networks and architecture
