We are hiring a DISPATCH PLANNER to work onsite at our Tier One Banking client in JERSEY CITY, NJ.
- TITLE: DISPATCH PLANNER
- LOCATION: JERSEY CITY, NJ
- DURATION: 6 MONTHS +, WITH ROLLING RENEWALS
- TERM: CONTRACT/C2C
- CLIENT: BANKING/FINANCIAL
- RATE: MARKET
- MUST HAVE RECENT INVESTMENT BANKING/FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE
The DISPATCH PLANNER will retrieve each Request for Service (RfS) ticket from the Business Process Management (BPM) queue at step 6.1 Assign STM and conduct further QA checks to ensure all the RfS acceptance requirements are met based on the prerequisites detailed below (RfS acceptance).
The RfS will already have an assigned priority as determined by Service Design and Client using the RfS Priority Process, and define build schedule based on our planning principles, get acceptance from all relevant silos to delivery on proposed commit date and progress to the delivery managers.
Responsible for chairing and scribing the daily dispatch calls and preparing the agenda for them.
Strong analysing and interpreting skills of data and situations.
Strong predicting and forecasting skills
Strong ability of evaluating and comparing possible courses of action
Fluent in English
