Dispatch Monitor/Delivery Support/Logistics Support
New Dispatch Monitor contract opportunities with a leading telecoms company. Working in Gothenburg, Sweden, you will be part of the Back Office team supporting field engineers. The positions are on an initial 3 month contract that is likely to be extended and the company are offering a competitive daily rate that negotiable dependent on experience.

Role Responsibilities
*Plan engineering jobs
*Take care of the agreed monitoring process.
*Ensure deliveries have been made by 6pm each day. Recording dialogue with engineers.
*Review reversed orders, approved and not approved.
*Monitor backlog statuses.
*Call end customer for jobs no later than three days after the order was received.
*Monitor SLA's.
*Act as extra support for dispatches if necessary
Candidate Requirements
*Previous experience of working within a dispatch monitoring position required.
*Computer literate.
*Good command of English and Swedish.
*Telecoms experience would be beneficial.
*Good knowledge of Telia's system EVY.
*Good knowledge of the support system Einar.
*Strong communication skills.
