The role will see you challenged on various fronts so we are keen to speak with candidates who understand the Matrix management of staff whilst also co-coordinating resources to support the principles of communication - between departments - and ensuring efficiency's are achieved.
You will be leading HR OD project work - supporting strategic partners to drive workforce change and planning
Ideally you have worked within the Public Sector whilst being adroit in different clients methodologies. This contract is to start ASAP.
