Director Of Regulatory Affairs

Exciting pharmaceutical company in Princeton, New Jersey is looking for a highly qualified director of regulatory affairs to lead one of the main therapeutic areas and contribute to submission strategy on a global level. This position pays extremely well, up to $200k in base salary alone, with the potential to hit double the target bonus of 20%, along with very attractive stock options yearly as well as upon signing! Work from home 2 days a week is allowed!

Major job responsibilities:
-Serve as Global Regulatory Strategy Leader for late stage marketed product with multiple indications
-Develop and create strategy for long-term planning at a cross functional level for product, consistent with the corporate and project objectives
-Represent regulatory in senior management discussions and present issues accordingly
-Work closely with international affiliates on regional regulatory strategy and implementation plans
-Accountable for ensuring the appropriate implementation of the global regulatory strategy
-Manage up to at least 2 direct reports
-Provides strategic direction to Regional Regulatory Strategy Lead in preparing teams for project related interactions with Regulatory Agencies

Requirements:
-Completed Master's (or higher-level degree) in a biological sciences concentration is preferred
-Oncology experience a plus
-10 years regulatory affairs experience required
