JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Implements and oversees the Security Policy, Procedures, Standards, and Awareness program for client.
- Oversees, develops, and maintains Corporate Information Security Policies (CISP).
- Oversees, develops, and maintains Information Security Standards and ensures all remain properly mapped to the Corporate Information Security Policies (CISP).
- Oversees and assists with the development and maintenance of information security procedures and guidelines and ensures that these procedures are properly mapped to their associated information security standards.
- Ensures that all Corporate Information Security Policies (CISP) and information security standards remain compliant with legal and regulatory mandates and guidelines.
- Develops and implements effective companywide information security training and awareness programs.
- Oversees, develops, and maintains appropriate policy/standards/procedures documentation, as well as current mapping for all new products and services introduced into the client production computing/systems environment.
- Establishes and leads a cross-functional steering committee including members from Legal, Human Resources, Audit, and other key business units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED:

- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Information Technology.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining Information Security Policies and Standards.
- Familiar with governance and compliance concepts, practices and procedures, which includes but is not limited to PCI-DSS, ISO, MICS, SOX and CObIT.
- Experience in building information security awareness programs and using distribution and policy management tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Network Security, Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

PREFERRED:

- Certified CISSP, CISA and/or QSA.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
