The role will include the following:
- Single Borough responsibility
- Line management responsibility of 4 Directors
The ideal candidate will pocess the following:
- Previous experience of managing a Housing directorate within a large local authority/Housing Association
- Previous knowledge and experience around large scale regeneration programmes would be an advantage
- Experience around Housing Commissioning/future stock options
- Previous experience at Director Level within a large Local authority setting preferable
- Stake holder management experience/ability to build relationships with leaders/members
- Operational and strategic experience
