This is a strategic hire for the organisation who are going through a massive organisational change piece internally.

They currently have a BI function that is very reactive producing reports on an ad-hoc basis and this isn't feeding into CRM, Marketing, Product Development and Pricing. This needs to change and become a more proactive function with a fit-for-purpose strategy and tactical awareness.

Important points to note for this role is that this is a high transaction multi-channel environment with emphasis on B2C delivery. We are needing a strategic individual who can take responsibility for CRM, Analysts, Insight and research teams and get them working more effectively for the business.

As the successful candidate you will have heavy exposure to a pure Insight/Customer Intelligence role at Director/Head of level, you will have extensive B2C expose in a multi-channel environment and will have had responsibility for customer segmentation, churn, retention and pricing at a strategic level.

This is a great opportunity working for a very good client of ours.
