Director of Clinical QA

There is a great opportunity available for a Director of Clinical Quality Assurance for a top pharmaceutical firm in Cambridge, MA. In the Director of Clinical QA position you will be overseeing the Quality Assurance departments in the GCP and Pharmacovigilance areas. In this position you will be providing leadership to the staff and guiding the direction of the Clinical Quality staff. The Director of Quality Assurance will also be using their strategic input to identify areas of opportunity in regulatory compliance risk and guidance to the clinical team during clinical procedures.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Managing the Clinical Quality Assurance budget for the department

Responsible for maintaining the QA internal and external audit program based on GCP regulations and guidance documents

Use their industry expertise with regulatory requirements

Managing third party inspections and coordinating regulatory agency

Developing, mentoring, and leading the Clinical Quality Assurance team

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific or allied Healthcare field

At least 3-4 years of clinical QA management experience

Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry specifically in Quality and Regulatory requirements
