Director, Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research

Job Role/Requirements

The Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) will be responsible a key player in the global launch of various products that are set to go to market in the short term as well as setting up strategy for products currently in Phase II. Experience wanted in:

- Defining Global HEOR strategies for the & reimbursement and optimizing demand of various products.
- Experience working on bringing products to launch is key.
- Identifies and obtain HEOR data needed, and ensures that they are effectively presented to the formulary & reimbursement agencies for the products.
- Obtains and coordinates HEOR input into R&D programs.
- Assesses scientific data by competitor drugs and develop HEOR data need for pricing and reimbursement purposes.
- Ability to manage a large array of budget and projects while also coordinating a team that will report into you.

Qualifications

- Must have advance training in HEOR (Education).
- 9+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, CRO, academia or other health related consulting company. Industry experience will prove most valuable.
- Must possess excellent technical and clinical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Previous people management and leadership experience in a Global HEOR role is a plus.
