Director, Architecture

A SENIOR ARCHITECTURE MANAGER (Executive Director) is required to join this high profile agency where you will lead, direct and strategically design the development and delivery of innovative information technology services.

Reporting direct to the CIO, you will be building and maintaining relationships with Senior Business Leaders and MUST have very good stakeholder management skills.

Key Accountabilities will include:

- Develop and drive a culture of Innovation in delivery of ICT services
- Develop and maintain the ICT architecture and standards including the Enterprise architecture and Applications Architecture
- Ensure solutions are delivered in-line with developed and published architecture and standards
- Direct and manage Innovation initiatives within the department including proof of concepts and trials that deliver real business benefits and savings
- Ensures tighter planning, measurement and control processes
- Monitor and review program progress
- Coordinates reporting on business performance

Selection Criteria

- Proven senior leadership experience in building organisational capabilities and sustainability
- Experience in designing innovating Government Information Management, ICT systems, their application and current ICT trends
- Strong record of achievement at a senior level within the information communications technology sphere
