Proteus Europe is searching for a French and Dutch speaking Digital Transformation Senior Project Lead, for a 12 Month contract.
Our Client :-
Our client is a large player in the insurance industry. They are based in the stunning city of Brussels, Belgium.
YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH OR DUTCH, WITH A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE OTHER LANGUAGE.
Your New role:-
Project Lead (100%)
- Structure and coordinate estimating/planning complex projects
- Understand and identify dependencies/constraints (functional/technical)
- Help in aligning many stakeholders and identifying blockings points along with clear action plan
- Lead/drive efficiently meetings/workshops
- Prepare presentation to top management
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders involved
- Ensure good communication flows between Business and IT stakeholders
- + Typical project leading activities such as weekly status reporting, capacity assignment, risks and issues.
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
- Dutch AND French, one fluent, the second one good at least.
- 10+ years' Knowledge/experience in client referential projects
- 5-7 years' Experience in functional architecture
- 10+ years' Lead, structure and drive complex projects business and technical-wise with many stakeholders
- Business Analysis.
Desirable Skills:-
- Knowledge/experience in Insurance industry
- Technical Architecture referential systems
- Database modelling
