Digital Service Delivery Leader (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- DNS management and configuration, troubleshooting and resolving DNS for new and existing websites, including subdomains, and redirects
- Web Application Firewall configuration management and troubleshooting for third party hosted sites
- Monitor alerts for WAF service and escalate as needed
-Configure web sites route through Imperva firewall service (DNS)
- Execute digital service delivery for mobile enterprise, digital inventory, third party and agency trainingsupport
- Mobile application deployment, signing and publication through Apple Store and Google Play Stores
- Management of data subject access requests (DSAR), focused primarily on CCPA requests, but may also involve GDPR, etc.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Well-founded IT industry experience with a concentration on service management including incident and requests, change management and governance of digital asset lifecycle is required
- Familiarity with signing process, distribution certs and overall mobile application management within Apple and Play stores to facilitate mobile app deployments/updates
- Familiarity with Google suite of analytics, re-captcha, and tagging tools
- Ability to assist in config management of API integrations to various social media services
-Hands-on experience with web application firewalls, web hosting environments, mobile application signing
- (AppleGoogleAndroid stores), DNS management and enforcement of digital standards and ability to train internalexternal resources and vendors
- Experience in developing KPI's and targets within visualization tools to measure against KPI's
