Digital Sales Solutions Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Create portfolio updates for internal, external audiences, message tailored by audience.
- Plan, prepare and contribute to a cross-functional series of workshops to define and align the team’s vision and mission. 
- Manage the project hiring initiatives, by providing weekly updates of the hiring of all teams open roles to leaders of all three pillars: Omnichannel, Digital Wholesale and Digital Retail.
- Manage transformation projects, such as the on-going Wholesale Big Rocks, consulting the Teams as needed, consolidating status and progress of the project, providing planning services and conduction of workshops, ensuring follow up actions are accomplished.
- Create compelling storylines for all leadership updates, including engaging slides fo different audiences.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- High-level knowledge about omnichannel, digital retail and digital wholesale tools combining experience and industry best practice
- Project management skills , and a systematic and structured approach
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products, especially power point
- Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage
