JOB SUMMARY:

- As part of a close knit, cohesive Client Services team, the Account Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the Sales and Sales Engineering teams to deliver best of breed client service, strategic vision, and customized campaign management and planning, as well as drive product adoption.
- The Account Manager will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for meeting client goals.
- The Account Manager will also be responsible for educating clients about all aspects of next generation tools, ensuring that solutions meet objectives while simultaneously solving specific problems.

JOB DETAILS:

- Support in the identification and build of strategic digital sales proposals and pitches, while focusing on the development of deep relationships with accounts at all levels of agency and client structure.
- Growth in revenue of designated account list.
- Deeply understands brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs
- Collaborates with agency partners to drive integrated creative strategies and coordinates, executes, and maintains campaigns at all levels of sales cycle: Plan, Pitch, Execution, Maintenance and Follow up.
- Build media plans which adhere to the digital rate card and media planning policies
- Maintenance of proposals in internal systems, including Salesforce.
- Act as internal team quarterback ; staying connected Digital Sales, Sales Marketing, and Adops teams to ensure proper execution and delivery of all campaigns
- Manages multi-channel marketing programs (targeted communications, site development, digital marketing, platform/partnerships)
- Support Digital Sales efforts by presenting upsell and cross-sell opportunities both internally and externally.
- Provide information to Digital Sales by utilizing available research tools, trade publications, and attend industry events
- Demonstrates agility in constructing insightful, meaningful Real Time dialogue with clients
- Frames key issues facing the client and develops recommended approaches
- Orchestrates partnerships with internal teams to manage priorities, schedules, and deliverables
- Views the larger financial picture and understands impacts on contribution margins and revenue targets
- Provides opportunities for junior-level participation in scope of work development
- Develop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth.

SKILLS:

MANDATORY SKILLS:

- Ability to deliver effective oral presentations (over the phone and in person) with poise and confidence
- Create dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments of Digital
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital campaign or project management working with media agencies.
- Deep understanding of digital media and advertising concepts
- Ability to provide strategic and creative direction.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Experience with 3rd party adserving tools.
- Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
- PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to coach, initiate change, and collaborate across groups,
