Digital Project Manager - Agency

DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED.

DIGITAL AGENCY BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON REQUIRE A PROJECT MANAGER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE LEADING DIGITAL AGENCY CAMPAIGNS. YOU MUST HAVE DIGITAL CAMPAIGN AND DIGITAL AGENCY PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FO THIS ROLE. THIS IS A ONE MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT, PLEASE SEND YOUR CV FOR MORE INFORMATION. THE INITIAL PROJECT IS WITH A GLOBAL PROPERTY COMPANY (END CLIENT).

Initially, we are working to deliver a phased rollout of comms and functionality across the whole estate. As the programme develops, analysis of data, social and content will become increasingly important.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

- Planning
- Day to day management of the project team
- Create and own plan, including estimation, tracking, updating
- Define responsibilities and set direction and allocate with the project team
- Identify project risks and countermeasures
- Manage project resourcing
- Escalate issues to Business Director where appropriate
- Weekly reporting/recording for company
- Manage and develop process for scope changes/change requests
- Successfully liaise with and manage third party suppliers including other Project Managers, web and app developers, email and CMS specialists

QUALIFICATIONS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

- Degree educated
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency environment
- Experience managing project using MS Project and PRINCE 2 and/or Agile methodologies
- Evidence of managing teams of 5-10 people to successfully deliver projects on time and to budget
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-starter and fast learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing marketing, creative or technology projects.
