We are currently looking for a Digital Program Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation based in Basel in Switzerland to support in the internal communication within the existing Program. The correct candidate should have experience of managing Digital multinational projects and programmes, with a background in Google suite, Google + and Smartsheet.
Location: Basel, Switzerland
Duration: 2 months rolling
Digital Program Manager Tasks:
1) Support the program manager to establish/improve the program governance
2) Develop communication plan and prepare communication package for different program stakeholders
3) Tracking the status of the different project that are part of the Digital Program
4) Write reports on the project for management and Program Sponsor
5) Working on Reporting using MS Office, Google Suite and Smartsheet
Key attitudes/competencies:
- Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behaviour and business practices, and ensure that own behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organisation
- Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
- Organise: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Project Management with at least 6 year's experience within that area (Reporting, Stakeholder management and communications)
- Digital marketing (Email marketing campaigns and web initiatives/portal implementation)
- Experience in multichannel projects (CRM/Digital)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge in Google Suite
- Business English is required
