Digital Program Manager - Google Suite - Smartsheet - Pharma - Swizter

We are currently looking for Digital Program Manager to support in internal communication within the Program.

Digital Program Manager Tasks:
1) Support the program manager to establish/improve the program governance
2) Develop communication plan and prepare communication package for different program stakeholders
3) Tracking the status of the different project that are part of the Digital Program
4) Write reports on the project for management and Program Sponsor
5) Working on Reporting using MS Office, Google Suite and Smartsheet

- Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
- Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities

Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Project Management with at least 6 years' experience within that area (Reporting, Stakeholder management and communications)
- Digital marketing (Email marketing campaigns and web initiatives/portal implementation)
- Experience in multichannel projects (CRM/Digital)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge in Google Suite
- Business English is required
