Digital Product Manager- Newcastle Upon Tyne- 5 Months 400 per day

Digital Product Manager required for a Public Sector Organisation based in Newcastle Upon Tyne

You will be responsible for the delivery, ongoing success and continuous improvement of one or more digital products and platforms, Gather user requirements based on a communicable understanding of diverse groups, Define and get user buy in for product definition and delivery approach.

You will work with the team to create and run one or more outstanding digital services that meet well-defined user needs. Working with the business analysts, user research and designers to turn usage date, user research outputs and user feedback into actionable insights that drive service design and prioritisation of service improvements for digital and assisted digital channels.

Ideal Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Experience of Agile management practices and techniques
- Proven experience in leadership design, delivery and operational Management
- Proven ability to challenge and remove any unnecessary barriers to service delivery
- Govt./GDS Experience

This is a 5 month contract base in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Rate 400 per day, Clearance level Discourse Scotland
