Context
The Easy banking Sales department, within the Sales department in the Retail and Private banking entity, is working on sales to all our clients though our direct channels (and more precisely web and mobile).
In order to reach our sales objectives, Easy banking Sales aims to:
- Convince our clients that direct channels have an added value and are easy to use.
- Permanently optimize customer experience through our direct chanels.

The mission is thus clearly sales and digital oriented.

The Easy banking Sales Department is also handling some of the projects linked with the new website platform.
Within Easy banking Sales, the Easy banking Sales Experience and Performance team has several objectives:
- Boost online sales for some specific products
- Understand online client / visitor behaviour, both on online and offline channels. An end-to-end view is needed.
- Permanently optimize performance and customer experience on flows and campaigns, by providing detailed recommandations to main stakeholders.
- Helping the integration of digital sales and services flows in the new platform (technical migration)

In this context, Easy banking Sales Experience and Performance is looking for two Digital Project managers, in order to help the team to migrate all existing online sales and services flows to the new platform (Messagent technical migration).

Objectives of the mission
Migration of all digital sales and services flows in a new template in Messagent, taking output from other workgroups regarding Strategy, User Experience and Operational constraints.

Deliverables
- Follow up of detailed roadmap of the migration and ensuring on-time delivery
- Full migration of all sales and services flows by the end of the year on due date
- Optimization of some sales and services flows based on output from other workgroups
- Follow up of pilote phase with optimizations to be done afterwards
- After care after the launch and adaptations when possible

Way of working
- In close collaboration with the team of User experience Project Managers: use of their output on Strategy, User Experience and Operational opportunities to migrate all flows.
- In close collaboration with Messagent developers' team and Contact Center
- In close collaboration with Digital and Business analysts to ensure correct data gathering
- Alignment needed with other projects having impact on the Migration

Education
- Master

Languages
- French/Dutch: Fluent (at least one of the 2 national languages)
- English: Fluent (mandatory)

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Project Management skills

Preferable
- Messagent expertise

Business Experience
Mandatory
- Digital Project Management.
- Online project management experience

Preferable
- Already strong online project management experience
- Messagent experience is a plus
- Highly communicative
