Digital Marketing Producer Job

DIGITAL PRODUCER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Roswell, GA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- The Digital Producer should have a marketing background with global understanding of the digital industry, available services and trends, new or emerging technologies and how to deliver digital solutions ranging from tactical to strategic.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide functional leadership and guidance to Delivery Coordinators to ensure consistent team delivery and alignment
- Manages digital properties to ensure brand strategies are met through capability, project and maintenance delivery.
- Manages delivery streams or processes through defined KPIs
- Regularly interact with Digital Services leadership on project work status, priority setting, budget and resource allocations.
- Ensures a stable consumer experience and standards are maintained throughout the introduction of rapid change.
- Drives the adoption of new capabilities and process efficiencies.
- Supports a continuous improvement-oriented work environment and mindset.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A college degree and seven (7+) years of business experience or an advanced degree in a relevant area
- Experience designing, developing, maintaining or managing complex digital applications
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering marketing solutions
- Demonstrated experience and success managing projects and functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in absorbing complex digital information and communicating effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of best practice project management methodologies
- Facilitating cross-functional team meetings
- Developing relationships with internal Customers and Service Providers
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end web and mobile technologies
- Demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication capability; written, verbal
- Able to identify, address or escalate potential dependencies and issues
- Effectively manages ambiguity, change and conflict
