Digital Marketing Manager

Hyphen have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to work for a large Utilities client based in Nottingham on a 3 month contract.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing strategy through Affiliates and Partnerships, digital advertising, social media, attribution and multichannel marketing.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support the digital marketing communications team, delivering increased awareness, engagement and ultimately traffic, sales and retention to our digital channels

- Support digital acquisition campaigns through their life cycle from planning, coordinating, executing and production to analysis and reporting, achieving planned KPIs within agreed budgets
- Help manage the marketing plan and report on performance vs targets
- Work with external agencies to deliver digital best practice
- Support delivery of traffic, acquisition sales and retention targets
- Liaise with business areas and colleagues to deliver digital activity
- Review, help manage and optimise all digital channels
- Competitor benchmarking and analysis
- Support with increasing breadth and reach of digital communication through new channels
- Help deliver creative innovative campaigns driving brand perception, engagement and response
- Admin support to help manage budgets across the team

Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree in communications, media, business or marketing related professional qualifications ideal
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices and a willingness to develop skill set
- Competent use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Active use of social media, participating to forums, reading blogs, etc
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Experience of work requiring close attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with Stakeholders of differing levels
- Being passionate about digital media
- Self motivated and able to meet agreed objectives on own initiative
