Digital Marketing Director

DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR - SALES MANAGEMENT - B2C - USER EXPERIENCE - DIGITAL SALES - FORECASTING

Our well known energy provider requires a Digital Sales Manager/Digital Marketing Director who will be responsible for all B2C Digital Sales activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work within a team of Digital specialists, the Digital Sales Manager is fully accountable for delivering Web sales by managing the commercial performance of all Direct Web Acquisition channels
- Direct responsibility for all the Digital Sales budget across the Direct & Aggregators channels
- Manage the digital sales channels including merchandising and B2C product areas, company Store, Partner Digital Sales sites, Sales Chat, Digital Sales Mobile apps/sites, Social sales)
- Deploy the Digital Sales budget to generate the number of Digital Sales
- Work together with the Acquisition and emarketing teams across a number of Digital areas
- Influence stakeholders across the business to drive the adoption of the Digital Strategy
- Manage & influence relationships with internal customers

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE EXPECTED

- Extensive experience of leading a Digital Sales team within a B2C environment of a major consumer brand with large customer base with both Direct and Aggregator/Price Comparison distribution
- Experience working with emarketing teams across a number of Digital areas (User experience, Accessibility, Usability, Digital Sales planning, forecasting, delivery and performance reporting, Content and Merchandising, etc)
- Professional qualification in Digital Sales, Marketing, Digital related disciplines or similar
