Smartsourcing are looking for a .* DIGITAL Front End DEVELOPER/WEB DEVELOPER/Front End DEVELOPER.* (HTML, CSS/Saas, JAVASCRIPT, responsive web design, accessibility, GIT)

Based in Manchester for 6 monthsRates - 450- 500 per daySector - DEFENCE/GOVERNMENT

The ideal Front wend developer/web developer will be experienced in the following:
*. HTML, CSS/Saas, Javascript (OOP), responsive web design, accessibility.
*Git experience of working with agile delivery teams (SCRUM, Kanban etc).
* Working on user centric front ends/public facing platforms.

Desirable Skills:

- Roby on Rails, GruntJS, Haml, Python, PHP, TDD, UX, Underscore, MustacheJS, NodeJS, JSON, Jasmine, Bower, PhantonLS, CasperJS- strong JS,CCS,HTML skills a must.

Experience of working in a agile project delivery environment. #9679;
Building web and mobile products to serve a variety of citizens'' needs. #9679; Implementing APIs for internal and external use. #9679;
Building up a useful, robust automated test suite to support a Continuous Deployment environment. #9679;
Being involved in the wider web development community, identifying good practices we can adopt and sharing our experiences. #9679;
Sharing knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team, both developers and non-developers #9679;
Taking part in 2nd-line support of applications and platforms, including occasional support outside of office hours
