Digital Employee Experience Success Manager: Global Energy

DIGITAL EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SUCCESS MANAGER: GLOBAL ENERGY, OILincluding development of business cases for any new projects and opportunities identified
- Manage and document the cross-functional roadmap for the evolution of the Digital Employee Experience
- Own and document the evergreen DEX day in the life journeys to articulate the employee impact of DEX
- Guide the projects and programme already at play impacting the DEX to deliver the DEX capabilities
- Identify areas where adjustment is need to existing programmes and projects to ensure DEX objectives are met, and manage DEX stakeholders around any changes required

ABOUT YOU:

- Degree qualification
- Experience with presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience with executing and running the governance of Digital Transformation Projects and Programmes
- Experience with developing employee experience strategies and hypotheses and using employee centric techniques and methodologies

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
