We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for an Digital Design Engineer to join their business in Greater Nice/Cannes Area.

Requirements
- Act as the expert in Digital Signal Processing building blocks
- Responsible for the digital section of an All Digital PLL (AD PLL) and other related clocking circuits.
- Translate system level specifications from MATLAB to RTL, ensuring consistency between the MATLAB model and the RTL.
- Develop and implement block level RTL, run simulations, complete synthesis and verify timing for a variety of digital designs.
- Involved in developing calibration algorithms.
- Collaborate closely with system experts and RFIC team members to implement the digital functionality required to achieve a high state of performance
- Provide support for other sites, as requested

Qualifications
- PhD or MSEE holder
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital signage processing building blocks and RTL
- Familiar with digital synthesis tools, Verilog RTL coding and simulation, and primetime STA.
- Highly experienced in Verilog design, simulation and verification of digital blocks.
- Strong in design methodology flow including synthesis, timing. Layout knowledge a plus.
- Experience of design for testability techniques.
- Experience of making silicon measurements.
