Typical activities will include:
Digital design.
FPGA modification and development in VHDL.
Work package management.
Managing hardware build through in-house production facility.
Bench testing of design.
Presentation of concepts and designs to staff and customers.
The successful candidate will have the below skills:
Proven high-speed digital design capability.
Good VHDL on large-scale FPGA's.
Sound knowledge of Microprocessor systems architectures.
Excellent engineering principles knowledge with an appreciation of systems engineering and multiple technology sectors.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.
Experience on Actel FPGA's.
