Digital Delivery Manager - Belgium
Languages: DUTCH with FRENCH and ENGLISH
Skills and experience:
-You are strong delivery minded
-Organize and coordinate is 2nd nature to you
-Communication with various stakeholders has no secrets for you.
-You have proven experience in one or more of the following areas: roadmap management, project management
-Experience in working in Agile methodology and/or Dev/Ops environment is a big plus
-You take initiative and bear this out for your own team and organization
-You are healthy critical attitude and go with an open mind to innovation and change
-You take responsibility but may delegate
Description of work:
- Work closely with the business to determine the roadmap of projects and other initiatives starting from the laws of reality and go along with your teams to work to ultimately live up to the roadmap
-Besides focusing on delivery you can also motivate your team to deliver on the agreed projects on time, within cost and according to scope
-Together with the other Digital Delivery Managers are you looking always for ways to make projects more smoothly
- Take the role of an account on which you report at regular times about the cooperation of your team with one or more business partners
- Be in dialogue with the various stakeholders in order to achieve continuous improvement and acts as contact person for the business partner when it comes to the realization of their digital presence
