About the role:
Digital Content/Publisher Support
-Your primary role will be to support company's internal and external partners in the Digital Content space.
-You will provide business critical support to publishers through a variety of support channels, including email, groups and help centers.
-You will serve as the voice of the user, channelling feedback, bugs and product suggestions to ensure the quality of content.
-You will support partners with enquiries and troubleshoot issues.
-You will build and maintain strong product knowledge within the Digital Content suite of products to improve support processes and internal efficiency.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work both directly with partners to drive product improvements, operations, and the overall partner experience. You will apply your experience and skills to build relationships with partners, suggest process improvements where appropriate and to contribute to the success of products and services worldwide.
Requirements:
-BA/BS degree
-Excellent level of English and French/German
-Experience in a customer service or account management (min. 1 year in customer facing role)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Interest or experience with online publishing, journalism, and emerging media consumption technologies
-Prior experience in Internet industry and/or scaled support models.
-Any other language is a plus
