The role is varied and candidates are expected to be able to demonstrate a number of the skills/experiences listed below:

Definition of a multi-channel vision to engage customers and employees Multi-channel strategy Customer, Digital and channel related operating models Design and support the implementation of business operating models Value and impact analysis of proposed changes to Digital processes and programmes.

Set-up and management of multi-channel transformation programmes targeted to improve the client's Digital capabilities Demonstrate improvement of operational performance in Digital organisations across a number of areas including technology, process, organisation and people.

Expertise in the use of digital, mobile and social media channels and a good understanding of the Digital exploitation agenda behind these channels and demonstrable experience in implementing successful Digital improvements processes using these channels.

Expertise in multi-channel campaign management execution, campaign management process improvements and campaign management results measurement Assistance with internal development of Digital transformation best practice and assets. Consultative selling skills.

Engaging and advising senior business and IT leadership clients in the assessment and development of transformational digital strategy, starting at an outline level and then detailing the various components of the IT function
