Digital Change Project Manager

Our Digital Programme Team is responsible for transitioning a number of micro-sites into one, consistent and improved platform (Drupal). We are currently moving into the most critical phase of the project, and are defining our long term vision around all aspect of our digital presence and ways of working. We're looking for a dynamic individual to join us as Project Manager and set direction and coordinate activity across the Audit & Digital Transition stream of the Programme. -Defining project scope and developing full-scale transition plans
-Defining new ways of working, including process development and defining roles and responsibilities
-Working with the wider Programme team to ensure project outcomes meet business needs
-Leading on business change activity and motivating stakeholders to contribute positively to the programme

No two days will be the same, and you'll bring your significant experience in bringing project management structure to unstructured environments in order to define project scope, develop full-scale transition plans, develop and map processes for new ways of working, develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations. Working as an integral member of a dedicated project delivery team, you'll be able to understand and manage detail and communicate complex concepts in a clear and effective way.

To take on this exciting challenge, you'll have:

-Proven experience of working on significant programmes of work involving considerable investment, risk or complexity
-Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven experience in effectively managing difficult relationships
-In-depth knowledge or project management tools and techniques
-Experience of business requirement gathering, project planning, reporting and risk management
-Experience of working on a Digital Transition and embedding changes to ways of working
