DIGITAL CHANGE MANAGER

We're currently seeking an experienced Digital Change Manager to join our leading telecoms company based in Brussels, for an initial 3 month contract.

This role would suit an experienced Change Manager who has a proven track record of helping clients to assess the impact of digitalisation and implement an organisational restructure to enable change.

EXPERIENCE:

- 5-6 years minimum relevant change management experience within digital projects
- Proven hands on experience of assessing and implementing digital change
- Familiarisation with underlying technologies will be important.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to conduct workshops independently as well as alongside technology and business teams.
- Language: English (additional skills in French and Dutch are an added advantage)
