We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experience and highly knowledgeable a BUSINESS ANALYST.
PROJECT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improving the customer experience is a key priority for 2018 and beyond.
- The ambition is one 24x7 point of contact for all clients customers reachable through channels of the customers' choice (eg portal, app, phone, chat, social media).
- Leverage machine learning and bot technology to make customer experience more efficient and effective
- deploy and offer use of social media as a means to submit queries into our CRM system, analytics and advanced CRM tools
- Interactions with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
- Gathering, documenting and analysing business needs and requirements in the standard format used by the client.
- Above also includes non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria and related activities.
Mandatory experience/skills
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience working as Business Analyst.
- Great Personal skills with experience working in a multi-national environment.
- Strong experience with sales force
- Problem-solving, analysis and documentation/specifications skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English, including technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of customer service processes, tools and CRM is advantage
- Finance and banking experience
