Digital Business Analyst

Currentlylooking for a Business Analyst for an initial 3 month contract with a smalldigital creative agency working on projects with their clients.

Myclient specialise in E-commerce web development so an understanding of this areawill be beneficial

Rolesand Responsibilities

- Research,define, analyze and capture business and user needs
- Define,analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Documentthe requirements in a client ready format
- Supportfit gap analysis
- Understandbusiness processes/problems and bring that understanding to discussions withdevelopers and designers
- Collaboratewith the creative and technology team members to ensure that business requirementsadhere to technical and creative constraints
- Helpresolve issues, risks and dependencies within the track and across different tracks
- Createand visualize business process flows and data flow diagrams that reflect the scopeand complexities of the requirements
- Definebusiness and system use cases
- Verifyrequirements are testable
- Reviewtest cases
- Tracethe requirements (Traceability Matrix) Collaborate with QA and Development teammembers to ensure that requirements  areunderstood and met
